The uniqueness of the estate lies in its geographic location, its terroir, and its grape varieties which includes Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and the emblematic grape variety of the property, Cabernet Franc.
Each plot of land at the Domain has distinct characteristics that defines it, ranging from its age, its surface area, its orientation, the nature of its soil, and its grape variety. Thus, the wines from each plot present a unique typicity.
The blend of these wines gives rise to vintages that are both powerful and elegant, with melted and supple tannins for the red wines, displaying a complex aromatic expression.
This diversity allows the property to produce a varied range of wines in all three colors.
A blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc, coming from the limestone plateau and the oldest vines. This wine includes whole clusters and is aged in casks of 30 hectoliters, amphorae and 500 liter barrels.
It represents the finest wine of the estate, complex, textured and fully expressing the limestone terroir.
