The specificity of Domaine de Baccari lies on its terroir and its grape varieties collection from Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and the emblematic grape variety of the property, Cabernet Franc .

 

Each plot of the estate has distinct characteristics that defines it, ranging from its age, its surface area, its orientation, the nature of its soil, and its grape variety.

The harvest is manual, the grapes are stored in small crates and stored in a cold room for 24 hours before vatting or pressing.

 

The blending of the wines gives rise to vintages that are both powerful and elegant, with melted and supple tannins for the red wines, displaying a complex aromatic expression.

 

This diversity of the grape vines allows the property to produce a varied range of wines in all three colors.
