THE VINEYARD
Located southwest of Meknes, at the foothill of the Atlas mountains, the wine estate extends over an area of 22 hectares, within a 78 hectare property.
It consists of 9 plots, each representing a small vineyard with its own identity, characterized by an exposure, a distinct soil and a specific grape variety.
THE DOMAIN

Located at an altitude of 650 meters on the first foothills of the Atlas mountains, the estate also benefits from a sunny but cool climate. This combination of geographical and climatic factors makes the Domaine de Baccari ideal for growing vines. The fine, red clays, combined with the soft limestone subsoil, provide a substrate rich in nutrients and drainage, thus promoting the growth of the vines and the quality of the grapes.
In this privileged environment, the vineyard creates wines with a strong identity, expressing unique minerality and complexity. The wines produced from this terroir captivate and reveal these varied influences, offering a particular aromatic expression and a true immersion in the heart of this beautiful region.

The vines of Domaine de Baccari flourish harmoniously between rows of olive trees and fruit trees, creating an ecosystem conducive to biodiversity. This cohabitation between cultures and the diversity of plant species favors that of insects, birds and other living organisms which find refuge in this naturally balanced environment.
Thus, beyond the simple production of wine, the estate also contributes to preserving and promoting the biological richness of its terroir.
